Executive Assistant
In this role I manage all administrative duties and networking for Salutegenics Psychology. A summary of these duties include processing client mental health care plans and Medicare rebates, triaging all clinical and corporate calendars, intaking stakeholder contacts, invoicing, managing all emails, organising client appointments, and assisting with the creation of conference and workshop materials.
I have been responsible for training additional administrative staff and have been a part of Salutegenics’s hiring process. I have supported the co-design, layout and content of the new company website and manage all its back-of-house.
As part of my administrative training, I have a strong record in creating excel spreadsheets databases of client/participant information.
