Understanding Early Experiences
Some of our earliest experiences, especially those marked by stress, loss, or disconnection, can quietly shape how we see ourselves and relate to the world.
Known as Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), these might include ongoing stress at home, inconsistent care, or growing up in unpredictable environments.
Rather than viewing these experiences as fixed traumas, we can see them as formative moments that may leave lasting imprints on our emotional, physical, and relational wellbeing.
When we explore these patterns with empathy, not judgment, we open the door to healing, connection, and long-term resilience.
