A nationally accredited 2-day certification in Neural Resilience
Resilience First Aid (RFA) is a nationally accredited 14-hour program that equips you with the practical skills, language, and confidence to strengthen resilience in yourself and others. Grounded in contemporary neuroscience, RFA explores brain mechanics, the functional features of mental fitness, and how to respond with conversations of genuine care.
Rather than waiting until someone requires professional treatment, RFA invites a preventative, first-aid approach to resilience. It empowers everyday people to recognise early signs of low resilience, respond proactively, and contribute to a culture that protects and strengthens mind health.
Why Resilience First Aid?
RFA moves beyond awareness and into capability.
You will learn how to
- Understand the neuroscience foundations of resilience and the “why” behind behaviour
- Identify signs of lowered resilience before they escalate
- Use strength-based language to initiate supportive conversations
- Apply practical tools that build resilience in real time
- Confidently adopt the ALL Protocol when assisting the wellbeing of others
This is not crisis intervention training. It is about equipping people with the insight and tools to support mental fitness ahead of adversity.
