Anita Tesoriero is a psychologist, coach and facilitator who helps individuals, teams and organisations perform at their best, combining a strong business focus with deep expertise in human behaviour, leadership and wellbeing.

With more than 20 years’ experience in organisational development, cultural change, leadership and employee engagement, Anita partners with clients to build stronger leaders, healthier teams and more effective workplaces. She has designed and delivered programs across a wide range of areas including leadership development, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, communication, leading change, conflict resolution, resilience and mindfulness.

Her consulting work spans a diverse range of organisations including universities, government, professional services and not-for-profit sectors, and she is known for bringing a calm, practical and insightful approach to complex people challenges.

Alongside her consulting work, Anita is the Director of Mindspire, a private psychology practice where she supports individuals to build resilience, strengthen relationships, navigate life challenges and improve overall wellbeing. Across both settings, her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable performance depends on looking after both mind and body.

Anita’s practice draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), reflecting her belief that meaningful change happens when insight is paired with practical action.

Outside of work, Anita is a lifelong runner and has a strong personal commitment to fitness and meditation, practices that closely reflect her professional philosophy around mental and physical wellbeing. She lives in Melbourne with her husband, and says her work is kept honest and grounded by regular conversations with her three adult sons who provide an ongoing source of challenge, fresh perspectives and real-world feedback that continually reminds her to keep her work practical, relevant and connected to everyday life.

Anita holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Applied Psychology from The University of Melbourne and is accredited in a range of leadership and psychometric tools, including MBTI, Team Management Index (TMI), DiSC, EQ-i, Genos Emotional Intelligence, iEQ9 Enneagram and Realise2 Strengths.
