Lyndal Soliman has been at the heart of Salutegenics for over a decade. As Chief Operations Officer at Salutegenics, she’s the steady force behind the scenes stacking content, coordinating workshops, streamlining operations, and ensuring every moving part runs with precision. Her energy is unmistakable, her instincts razor-sharp, and her commitment to the mission unwavering.
What began as a part-time admin role quickly evolved into something much greater. From Personal Assistant, to Executive Assistant, organising resource folders and reconciling spreadsheets to rebuilding entire systems from the ground up, Lyndal’s impact was immediate. She’s never been one to tolerate disarray or ambiguity. “Fix it or I’m out,” she said on day three. Maria said yes, and they’ve been in step ever since. She runs the show.
Lyndal holds the labyrinth of the company. She is Maria’s right hand, wing woman, and operational compass. Whether taking 1am calls once the house is quiet, managing finances to the cent, or remembering every client interaction from five years ago, Lyndal keeps the engine running with care and tenacity. Her organisational style is meticulous. Her loyalty is fierce. Her sense of “what’s right” is non-negotiable.
Raised on a 15-acre farm, Lyndal grew up surrounded by horses, family, and fresh air. The middle of three girls, she learned early how to hold her own with humour, grit, and a healthy dose of cheek. Those early years shaped Lyndal’s resilience and her deep love of the outdoors. She went on to coach tennis, work across logistics and trades, and even drove surgeons and transplant organs across Victoria before joining Salutegenics.
At home, Lyndal is happiest in the thick of family life. She and her husband—an equally grounded and hardworking plumber—are raising two spirited kids, Zander and Zara, who are her greatest joy. Life outside work is full of action: pickleball games, beach adventures, road trips, and any excuse to gather people together. If it involves movement, laughter, or a little bit of chaos, Lyndal is in.
Her personal philosophy is simple: show up fully, say yes often, and keep people close. She brings this same energy to her work, infusing every project with heart, humour, and drive. Over the years, she’s absorbed the language of mental fitness, not just as a colleague but as a learner. She lives the Salutegenics ethos: biology before behaviour, connection before correction.
Lyndal is one of those rare people who gets things done without ever losing sight of what matters. She brings structure and soul, accountability and compassion, foresight and fun. In a world where many talk about purpose, Lyndal quietly lives it every day, in every detail.
